School management platform
Everything your school runs on — attendance, fees, marks — in one place.
From the first admission application to the report card at the end of term — attendance, assignments, marks, fees, files and communication run through one system, with a data layer underneath that flags what needs attention before you go looking for it.
Attendance
Today · all classes

| Class 8-A | Assigned | 38 / 40 | 95% |
| Class 8-B | Assigned | 35 / 39 | 90% |
| Class 9-A | Assigned | 29 / 37 | 78% |
| Class 9-B | Assigned | 36 / 38 | 95% |
| Class 10-A | Assigned | 31 / 41 | 76% |
Intelligence layer
The data was always there. Now something reads it.
Attendance, marks, submissions, fee behaviour and login activity already exist in the system. These jobs turn that data into something a teacher or admin acts on, without anyone running a report.
Student health score
Every student gets one 0–100 score, recomputed nightly, weighted across attendance (30%), academic performance (25%), assignment submission rate (20%), engagement (15%) and fee compliance (10%), banded into Healthy, Monitor or At risk.
Changes: A score that drops more than 15 points in a week alerts the class teacher and admin automatically — before a parent has to raise it.
Attendance anomaly detection
A nightly job checks the existing attendance records for three patterns: a normally-present student (90%+ over 30 days) absent three sessions running, a week-over-week drop of more than 10 points for one student, and a class-wide dip of more than 5 points day over day.
Changes: The pattern is already flagged in the class teacher's queue by morning, not discovered a week later.
Admin morning briefing
A scheduled job assembles attendance rate, at-risk students, fee position and section performance gaps into one screen each morning, with a plain-English summary generated from that same data.
Changes: The admin's first ten minutes become one screen instead of five separate reports.
Fee reminder escalation
A state machine moves every fee record through due-soon and four overdue tiers to escalated, each stage using its own channel — email, then SMS to the parent, then SMS and WhatsApp together, then an admin alert — instead of one reminder blast.
Changes: Chasing a fee payment stops depending on someone remembering to do it.
Class performance benchmarking
After marks are entered or a quiz closes, a background check compares parallel sections on the same assessment and raises a flag once the gap passes the configured threshold.
Changes: A section falling behind on the same test surfaces on its own, instead of surviving until report cards.
Ask your data in plain English
Type a question like "which students have attendance below 75%" and get back a table. The question is translated into a safe, whitelisted query specification — never raw SQL — and every result is scoped to that institution.
Changes: A one-off question stops requiring a report request or a spreadsheet export.
Admission pipeline
Applications move through a nine-stage pipeline from lead captured to enrolled, each stage gated behind a condition. Reaching Enrolled runs one transaction that creates the student account, links parent portal access, opens the fee account, assigns the class and sends the welcome messages.
Changes: Enrolling a student stops being six disconnected manual steps someone can forget.
Timetable conflict detection
Every slot assignment is checked against the rest of the timetable for a teacher double-booked, a room double-booked, or a teacher over their configured weekly load.
Changes: A scheduling clash is caught while the timetable is being built, not on the first day of term.
By role
What each person actually gets.
One login per person, scoped to what their role does.
Institution admin
- Opens the morning briefing — attendance rate, at-risk students, fee position, section gaps
- Works fee defaulters through the escalation queue instead of a spreadsheet
- Approves admissions as applications clear each pipeline gate
- Sets which modules, roles and billing terms apply per institution
- Runs bulk student promotion, transfer certificates and platform-wide reports
- Approves staff leave and publishes the timetable
Teacher
- Takes attendance by QR scan or manual roll call
- Publishes assignments, homework and quizzes; grades with rubrics and bulk marking
- Enters marks and generates report card PDFs for their class
- Runs class chat, pins announcements, shares files through class folders
- Applies for leave and checks their own timetable slots
- Sees each student's health score and is alerted when one drops
Parent
- Sees their child's attendance, marks and fee status from one linked account
- Downloads fee receipts and report card PDFs
- Gets fee reminders that escalate automatically as a due date passes
- Reads class announcements from a portal account provisioned automatically on enrolment
